The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features two star/sauté burners and standard grates, as well as a 48-inch griddle on the right side. The range also includes a standard oven with battery spark ignition and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. It comes with four racks in total.
The range has a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs. It has a total BTU of 223,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
