It features three star/sauté burners on the front right, two pyromax burners on the rear right, and four non-clog burners on the left. The range also includes wavy grates, a standing pilot, and a standard oven with battery spark ignition. It comes with a cabinet base, one rack, and a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 332,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.
There are several optional features available for the range. These include a charbroiler on the left or right side, with options for a 24-inch or 36-inch size. The charbroiler comes with removable cast iron grates. Another option is wavy grates, which allow for full use of the entire range top. These grates have a cast bowl design for better efficiency and are only available with 27,000 BTU non-clog burners. The range also offers the option of cast iron star/sauté burners, which have 10 burners with a natural gas output of 33,000 BTU each. The port arrangement of these burners allows for even distribution of flame. Another option is the 33,000 BTU non-clog burners, which are patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free, cast iron burners. The range also offers a split burner configuration, with five star/sauté burners in the front and five standard 33,000 BTU burners in the rear. Additionally, there are pyromax burners available, which have a natural gas output of 40,000 BTU each. These burners come in
