The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features three non-clog burners on the front right, two pyromax burners on the rear right, and four non-clog burners on the left. The range also includes wavy grates, a standing pilot, and two convection ovens with battery spark ignition. Each oven comes with three racks.
The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 351,000 and is CSA and NSF certified.
Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Optional features include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for better efficiency, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle.
Additional options and accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for other cooking equipment, and various salamander and cheesemelter mounts.
The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven doors, a stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, a stainless steel cabinet base, and a 22.5" flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable one-piece drip trays.
