The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features three star/sauté burners on the front left, two pyromax burners on the rear left, and four star/sauté burners on the right. The range has a standing pilot and two cabinets for storage. It also includes a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 311,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.
There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, and 33K non-clog burners. The range also offers a split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. Additionally, there is an option for a 5-burner configuration, combining pyromax burners with either standard 33K burners or star 33K burners.
Various options and accessories are available for the range, such as different flue riser sizes, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available, and the range has battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. The range is constructed with a stainless steel exterior finish, adjustable stainless steel legs, and a stainless steel cabinet base. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27-inch deep cooking surface, and two removable one-piece drip trays are provided to catch grease drippings.
