The S-Series Restaurant Range is a gas range designed for commercial use in restaurants. It has a 60" width and features six 28,000 BTU open burners and a 24" raised griddle/broiler. The range has manual controls and two standard ovens with a snap action thermostat. The range comes with six removable cast iron grate tops and a crumb drawer for easy cleaning. It also has a hinged lower valve panel for easy access to the valves. Each oven includes one rack. The front, sides, shelf, and 4" front rail of the range are made of stainless steel for durability and easy maintenance. The range also has 6" adjustable legs for stability. The range has a total BTU output of 271,500 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF for safety and quality standards.
