The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features three non-clog burners on the front right, two pyromax burners on the rear right, and four non-clog burners on the left. The range also includes wavy grates, a standing pilot, and a standard oven with battery spark ignition. It comes with a cabinet base, one rack, and a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and adjustable legs are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 332,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.

There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for the burners, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range can also be configured with five burners, combining pyromax burners in the rear with either standard 33K burners or star 33K burners in the front.

Additional options and accessories include a 5-inch or 10-inch flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available, and battery spark ignition can be added for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. Various mounts for salamanders and cheesemelters are available, and a 3/4-inch quick disconnect with a flexible hose is included.

The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted oven door with a counterweight, and a stainless steel finish on the front, sides, and shelf.
