The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features two non-clog burners and wavy grates, as well as a 48-inch griddle on the right side. The range also includes a standard oven with battery spark ignition and a cabinet base with one rack. It has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 179,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
Additional features include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. The range has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a 4-inch stainless steel front rail. It has a 37-inch high cooking top and four removable cast iron grate tops.
Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top or raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration.
The range also offers various options and accessories such as flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a 3/4-inch quick disconnect with flexible hose.
In terms of construction, the range has a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted counterweight oven door, and a stainless steel exterior finish. It comes with 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs and a stainless steel cabinet base. The range includes a 22.5-inch flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf, and optional 5-inch and 10-inch flue risers are available. The oven interior is double-sided with a full porcelain enamel cavity for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27-inch deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
