The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features two star/sauté burners and standard grates, as well as a 48-inch griddle on the right side. The griddle has thermostatic controls and the burners have standing pilots. The range also includes two convection ovens with battery spark ignition and three racks per oven.
The range has a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs. It has a total BTU rating of 210,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
Some standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, Pyromax burners, griddle top or raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration.
Additional options and accessories include a 5-inch or 10-inch flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure feature, battery spark ignition for other cooking surfaces, and various mounts for salamanders and cheesemelters.
The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs, stainless steel cabinet base, and a double-sided, full porcelain enamel oven cavity. The range top has a 27-inch deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
