The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features two non-clog burners and wavy grates. The range also includes a 48-inch griddle on the left side, a standard oven with battery spark ignition, and a cabinet base with one rack. It has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 179,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range has several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off. It also has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. The range comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.
