The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features four non-clog burners and standard grates, as well as a 36" griddle on the right side. The range also includes thermostatic controls, a standing pilot, and two standard ovens with battery spark ignition. Each oven comes with one rack.
The range is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, and shelf, and it stands on 6" adjustable legs. It has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The range has a total BTU output of 286,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.

The range is constructed with a stainless steel exterior finish and a stainless steel cabinet base. It has a 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
