The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and has (4) non-clog burners and (4) pyromax burners on the left side. It comes with standard grates and a standing pilot. It also has (2) cabinets for storage and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 292,000 and is CSA and NSF certified.
Some of the standard features of this range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Optional features include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration with star/saute' burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle.
There are also options and accessories available such as a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure feature, battery spark ignition for various cooking surfaces, salamander and cheesemelter mounts, and a 3/4" quick disconnect with flexible hose.
The construction specifications include a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, stainless steel cabinet base with optional doors, flue riser with shelf, double-sided porcelain enamel oven cavity, and a 27" deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
