The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 48" griddle and manual controls. It has a standing pilot for the open top burners and a battery spark ignition for the oven base. The range includes one convection oven with battery spark ignition and one cabinet base with three racks. It also comes with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf.
The range is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs, and it has 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 112,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified.
The range comes with standard features such as a factory-installed regulator, a front located manual gas shut-off, and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It also has a 4" stainless steel front rail and four removable cast iron grate tops.
There are several optional burner configurations available, including non-clog burners, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, split burner configuration, and pyromax burners. The range also offers optional charbroilers, griddle tops, and a 5 burner configuration.
Additional options and accessories include different flue riser sizes, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, cabinet base doors, casters, hot top plates, flame failure, battery spark ignition for other cooking surfaces, and a quick disconnect with a flexible hose.
The range has a factory-installed pressure regulator and a spring-assisted, counterweight oven door. The exterior finish is stainless steel, and it comes with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs. The range also has a stainless steel cabinet base and two removable drip trays under the burners. The flue riser is 22.5" with a heavy-duty shelf, and there are options for 10" and 5" flue risers without a shelf. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface, and the oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow.
