The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 48" griddle and manual controls. It features a standing pilot and two space saver ovens with battery spark ignition. Each oven includes one rack. The range also includes a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. It has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 170,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.

The range has several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range comes with a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. It includes four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.

There are several optional burner configurations available for the range. Option 1 includes 33K non-clog burners, while Option 2 offers wavy grates for full use of the range top. Option 3 includes cast iron star/saute' burners, and Option 4 features a split burner configuration with star/saute' burners in the front and standard burners in the rear. Option 7 offers Pyromax burners with a built-in port protection drip ring.

Additional options and accessories for the range include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, a cabinet base door, casters, a hot top plate, and flame failure. Battery spark ignition is available for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. The range also comes with a 3/4" quick disconnect with a flexible hose. Various salamander and cheesemelter mounts are available as well.

The range has a factory-installed pressure regulator and a spring-assisted, counterweight oven door. It has a stainless steel exterior finish and 6" stainless steel adjustable legs.
