The S-Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 48" griddle and thermostatic controls. It features one standard oven and one cabinet base. The range also includes a snap action thermostat, two removable crumb drawers, and a hinged lower valve panel. It comes with one rack and has a stainless steel front, sides, and removable shelf. The range has a 4" front rail and 6" adjustable legs. It has a BTU rating of 115,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified.
