The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 36 inches. It features two non-clog burners and standard grates. The left side of the range includes a 24-inch griddle. The range also has a standing pilot and a standard oven with battery spark ignition. It comes with one rack and a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 159,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a stainless steel front rail, front, and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.

There are several options and accessories available for the range, such as different sizes of flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available, and there are options for battery spark ignition for different parts of the range. Various mounts for salamanders and cheesemelters are available as well. The range can also be equipped with a 3/4-inch quick disconnect with a flexible hose.

There are several optional burner configurations available, including 33K non-clog burners, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute burners, split burner configuration, 5 burner configuration, and Pyromax burners. The range can also be equipped with a griddle top or a charbroiler.

The range has a stainless steel exterior finish and comes with 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs. The oven door is spring assisted with a counterweight. The range also has a stainless steel cabinet base and a 22.5-inch flue riser with a shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow.
