The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 36 inches. It features three non-clog burners in the front and two pyromax burners in the rear. The range also includes standard grates, a standing pilot, and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. Three racks are included with the oven. The range is made of stainless steel and comes with a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. It has a total BTU of 211,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program. 

Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.

There are several options and accessories available for the range, including different sizes of flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available, as well as battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. Various mounts for salamanders and cheesemelters are available, and a 3/4-inch quick disconnect with a flexible hose is also an option.

The range offers several burner options, including 33,000 BTU non-clog burners, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute burners, split burner configuration, 5 burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle tops, and charbroilers. Each option has its own unique features and benefits.

The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted, counterweight oven door, and a stainless steel exterior finish. It comes with 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs, with casters being optional. The range also has a stainless steel cabinet base and a 22.5-inch flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf.
