The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 36" width. It features two non-clog burners and standard grates. On the left side, there is a 24" griddle. The range also includes a convection oven with battery spark ignition and comes with three racks.
The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 146,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified.
Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Additional options and accessories for the range include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available upon request.
There are various burner options available, including 33K non-clog burners, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, split burner configuration, 5 burner configuration, Pyromax burners, griddle top, and charbroiler.
The range is constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf. It has a 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and a stainless steel cabinet base. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range also has a removable one-piece drip tray to catch grease drippings.
