The NorLake KODB77612-C 6' x 12' x 7'-7" H Kold Locker is a durable outdoor walk-in cooler that can withstand any weather conditions. It offers 418 cu. ft. of refrigerated space and has a top mounted compressor. The wall panels are 4" thick and made of foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation encased in 26 gauge steel, providing an R-value of 25. Both the interior and exterior sides of the panels have an embossed stucco coating for corrosion resistance. The walk-in cooler is easy to assemble and secure, with tight-fitting male and female rails and foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners. The ceiling and floor panels have foamed-in-place edge caps for added security. The standard door kit includes a 26" wide door with a stepped profile that restricts airflow, making cooling more efficient. There is an option to upgrade to a 30" wide door with a stainless steel kick plate for easier movement of products with a dolly. The door can be installed with hinges on either the right or left and has a spring-assisted door closer to ensure it is always closed securely. The door also includes a perimeter heating wire, a vapor proof LED lighting fixture, magnetic stainless steel trim, and a digital thermometer. It is secured with an NL 9800 deadbolt locking handle that can be locked with a padlock. The cooling system is provided by a ceiling-mounted RCPB075JC-E-4-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration System that maintains a temperature from 35°F to 38°F efficiently. The refrigeration system is controlled by the Enviro-Control unit, which also controls the defrost timer. The walk-in cooler is protected from the weather with a white roof made from a single piece of 35 mill membrane, held in place with metal flashing and TEK screws. The NorLake Kold Locker also has various standard features, including DOE compliance, USDA acceptance, a magnetic gasket, a 15-year panel warranty, and options for cooler or freezer models, indoor or outdoor models, and different sizes and temperatures. It comes with a digital thermometer, light switch, adjustable cam-lift hinges, and a spring actuated door closer. The panels are 4" thick with EPA-compliant polyurethane insulation, and the interior is made of smooth aluminum.
