The KLB610-C 6' x 10' x 6'-7" H Kold Locker from NorLake is a reliable indoor walk-in cooler designed for businesses that need to store a large number of refrigerated items safely and conveniently. This walk-in cooler provides a total of 295 cu. ft. of space and features a top-mounted compressor. The wall panels of the Kold Locker are 4" thick and made of foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation encased in 26 gauge steel. These panels are protected by an embossed stucco coating for corrosion resistance and provide an R-value of 25. The panels are designed for easy installation with male and female rails that ensure proper alignment. Foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners maintain an air-tight seal between each panel, and a continuous panel gasket wraps around the outer perimeter without breaks or cuts at the corners. The ceiling and floor panels have foamed-in-place edge caps that are secure and cannot come loose. The standard door of the Kold Locker is 26" wide and has a stepped profile to provide an energy-efficient barrier to airflow. The door includes two cam-lift hinges that can be installed to open from the right or left. These hinges are field-adjustable to compensate for settling over time. A spring-loaded door closer ensures that the door is not left open accidentally. The door is pre-hung in a 4-foot wide panel and features a magnetic stainless steel trim, digital thermometer, replaceable perimeter heating wire, and a vapor-proof LED light fixture with a switch and external indicator light. The walk-in is secured with an NL 9800 deadbolt handle that has an independent key/padlock feature, and a safety release inside the door panel prevents anyone from getting locked inside. The Kold Locker is equipped with a ceiling-mounted RCPB050JC-S-0-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration System that efficiently maintains a temperature between 35°F and 38°F. This refrigeration system produces 4060 BTU/hr of heat rejection and includes the Enviro-Control system for easy temperature setting and defrost timer control. An automatic condensate vaporizer is included to eliminate the need for drain lines and a floor drain, making installation easier.
