The KLB741012-C is a model of the Kold Locker from NorLake. It is an indoor walk-in cooler without a floor, offering 625 cu. ft. of refrigerated space. The panels of this cooler consist of female and male rails that fit together properly during installation. Both sections have polyurethane insulation that goes around the return bend inside the metal seams, providing a lightweight and strong panel. Each panel is 4 inches thick to maximize insulation. Foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners are used to maintain an airtight seal. The interior and exterior panels are made from sturdy 26 gauge steel with a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco finish. NSF listed vinyl sealers are included to install the walls for a secure seal. The patented foamed-in-place gasket design by Nor-Lake ensures that the gaskets are fixed in place and do not fall off during installation and shipment. The panel gaskets go around the outer perimeter and corners of the panel without cuts or breaks for a superior seal. The ceiling panels have edge caps with foamed-in-place insulation to prevent them from coming loose. The door of the cooler is 26" wide, but a 30" wide door can be included at no extra cost. The larger door comes with a stainless steel kick plate for durability. The door is made from foamed-in-place insulation clad with metal and has a thickness of 4". It has a stepped profile to reduce airflow for better insulation. The door comes with two field-adjustable cam-lift hinges and can open from the left or right. The hinges are spring-loaded to automatically close the door and minimize the entry of warm air. The door handle is locking with an NL 9800 deadbolt and has an independent key/padlock for security. A safety release inside the unit ensures that no one gets stuck inside. The door section also includes a replaceable heater wire, a stainless steel trim, a digital thermometer, a switch with an exterior indicator light, an LED lighting fixture, and a digital thermometer. Everything is pre-wired into the door section concealed inside a conduit in the door frame panel.
