The wall panels are 4" thick and made of 26 gauge steel on both sides, protected by stucco-embossed corrosion-resistant coatings. The panels are insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to achieve an R-value of 25. The panels have male and female rails for easy alignment during assembly, and foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners ensure secure panel installation. Panel gaskets on the outer perimeter provide a continuous seal. The floor is made of similar panels with a smooth aluminum surface for rust resistance. It can support a uniform load of up to 800 pounds per square foot. Both the floor and ceiling panels have foamed-in-place edge caps for long-lasting security. The default door for this unit is 26" wide with a stepped profile that improves energy efficiency by impeding airflow. The door features two cam-lift hinges that allow smooth opening and closing, and they can be adjusted to compensate for any settling over time.
