The KLB812-C 8' x 12' x 6'-7" H Kold Locker from NorLake is an efficient option for storing and accessing large quantities of refrigerated goods. To achieve an R-value of 25, the wall panels of this walk-in cooler are constructed with 4" thick foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation encased in 26 gauge steel. Both the interior and exterior sides of each panel have an embossed stucco coating for corrosion resistance. The panels are easily assembled using female and male rails that mate together, and foamed-in-place cam locks ensure an airtight connection. The corners are sealed with panel gaskets that go around the outer perimeter without any breaks or cuts. The ceiling and floor panels have foamed-in-place edge caps for secure installation.
