The Nor-Lake KLB1012-C Kold Locker is an efficient indoor walk-in cooler for managing and storing refrigerated goods in bulk. It offers a total of 625 cu. ft. of refrigerated space. The 4" panels that make up the cooler are made of 26 gauge steel with a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco coating. The panels are filled with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation with an R-Value of 25. The panels fit together tightly with male and female rails and cam locking fasteners. The cooler has a continuous panel gasket and sturdy floor panels with a smooth aluminum surface. The floor panels can support up to 800 lbs per square foot. The standard door is 26" wide and features a stepped profile for energy efficiency. It is mounted on cam-lift hinges that can be adjusted and locked in place. The door has a spring-actuated closer and includes a replaceable perimeter heating wire, vapor proof LED lighting fixture, digital thermometer, and magnetic stainless steel trim. The interior is secured with a deadbolt handle and has a safety release. The cooler is equipped with a ceiling-mounted refrigeration system that maintains a temperature of 35°F to 38°F. The system provides 6250 BTU/hr of cooling and includes an Enviro-Control unit for temperature and defrost control. An automatic condensate vaporizer is included for easy installation without a floor drain. The Kold Locker is DOE compliant, USDA accepted, and comes with a 15-year panel warranty. It is available in various sizes and can be used as a cooler or freezer. It is suitable for indoor or outdoor use and has UL and CSA electrical listing. Optional features include exterior ramp, electric vaporizer, floor tread plate kit, U-shaped shelving system, door hood (for outdoor models), and more.
