This walk-in cooler is designed with superior insulation in mind. Each panel is 4" thick and features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that is EPA-compliant. The interior and exterior sides of the panel are made of 26 gauge steel with a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco finish. The panels are self-aligning mechanically with male and female rails, and they are tightened together with foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners to ensure an airtight seal. The panel gaskets located on the outer perimeter of the corner panels are continuous without cuts or breaks. The ceiling panels have foamed-in-place edge caps that are secure and cannot come loose like overlapped or mechanically fastened caps. The standard door that comes with this walk-in cooler is 26" wide and has a stepped profile to provide a barrier against airflow. For easy movement of items in and out of the cooler with a handcart, a 30" wide door kit with a stainless steel kick plate is available.
