The C5™ 9 Series Controlled Humidity Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru doors. It features one solid Dutch door and one glass Dutch door, with lip load slides. The cabinet has a capacity of 34 18" x 26" pans, with 3" OC spacing. It is made of stainless steel and has 5" casters, a polymer bumper, and a drip trough combination. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-PH power, with 2000 watts and 16 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
