The C5™ 9 Series Controlled Humidity Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with pass-thru doors. It features one solid door and one glass door, with lip load slides and a capacity for eight 18" x 26" pans spaced 3" apart. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and has 5" casters, a polymer bumper, and a drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.

The 9 Series controller is easy to use and displays the actual cabinet temperature and relative humidity. It has a low-temp alarm to ensure the cabinet is operating at the desired temperature. It also has a recall and memory feature to view settings and save them when turned off. The controller has a low-water alarm to indicate when water is needed, and the water element will not be energized when water is low.
The cabinet offers various options and accessories, including casters, shelves, handles, control panel cover, hinging options, latch options, drain hose adapter, legs, bumpers, and different types of plugs and slides.
The doors of the cabinet are fully insulated and double-panel construction for solid doors, and double-pane tempered glass with Low-E coating for clear doors.
