It has lip load slides and a capacity to hold 34 pans measuring 18" x 26" with 3" OC spacing. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and has 5" casters, a polymer bumper, and a drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-PH with 2000 watts and 16 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

It also has a recall and memory feature to view settings and save them when turned off. The controller has a low-water alarm to indicate when water is needed, and the water element will not be energized when water is low.
The cabinet offers various options and accessories, including casters, shelves, handles, control panel cover, hinging options, latches, drain hose adapter, legs, bumpers, and different types of plugs and slides.
The doors of the cabinet are fully insulated and double-panel construction. The solid doors are made of stainless steel, while the clear doors are made of double-pane tempered glass.
