It features one glass door and one solid door, with universal wire slides that can hold up to 8 18" x 26" pans or 16 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and has 5" casters with a polymer bumper and drip trough combination. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.

It also has a recall and memory feature to view settings and save them when turned off. The controller has a low-water alarm to indicate when water is needed, and the water element will not be energized when water is low.
The cabinet offers various options and accessories, including casters, shelves, handles, control panel cover, hinging options, latch options, plug options, and slide upgrades. The doors are fully insulated and double-pane, with solid or clear options.
