The C5™ 8 Series Controlled Temperature Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It is insulated and has universal wire slides that can hold either 8 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 16 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The cabinet features one tempered double-pane glass door and one solid door. It has a top-mounted digital control with a thermostat range of 70° to 200°F and includes a low-temperature alarm and memory recall function. The cabinet has a ducted heating system and adjustable temperature increments of 3" OC (adjustable on 1-1/2" increments). It is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters for mobility. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified. The C5 controller used in the cabinet is NDP capable and includes passive humidity control.
