The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with a pass-thru design. It is insulated and features one double-pane tempered glass door and one solid door. The top-mounted controls include an analog thermometer and a thermostat that allows for temperature adjustment from 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet has a lip load capacity of 36 18" x 26" pans with 3" spacing. It is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet is designed for rapid heat-up and recovery times with its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system for adding humidity to improve food quality. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access, read, and clean. The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles, a maximum temperature of 200°F, and full perimeter insulation. It has self-closing, lift-off, double-hinged doors with chrome plated magnetic pull latches. The display and controls include an analog thermometer and independent thermostat control knob. The heat generation system consists of a thermostatically controlled heating element, blower motor, and ducted air system. The cabinet is made of type 304 stainless steel or aluminum and has fully insulated doors. The casters are nickel plated with neoprene wheels, and the Under Counter models have rubber casters.
