The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It features insulated solid Dutch and double-pane tempered glass Dutch doors. The top-mounted controls and analog thermometer make it easy to operate and monitor the temperature, which can be adjusted from 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet has a lip load capacity of 34 18" x 26" pans with 3" spacing. It is made of 304 stainless steel and comes with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet has a heating system with rapid heat-up and recovery times, as well as an integral water pan system for adding humidity. It is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components and robust construction. The cabinet is ENERGY STAR rated and comes in various configurations, sizes, and door options. The 6 Series Controller allows for easy temperature control and features an always-on analog thermometer for continuous monitoring. Optional accessories include casters, small item shelf, rear push handle, control panel cover, and more. The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles, 2.5" thick insulation, high-temperature gaskets, self-closing lift-off hinges, and a chrome-plated magnetic pull latch. The display and controls include an analog thermometer and independent thermostat control knob. The heat generation system consists of a thermostatically controlled heating element, blower motor, and ducted air system. The cabinet is made of type 304 stainless steel or aluminum, with solid or clear doors. The casters are neoprene-wheeled with swivel and brake options.
