The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It features insulated solid Dutch doors, top-mounted controls, and an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has a lip load capacity of 34 pans measuring 18" x 26" with 3" spacing. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet has rapid heat-up and recovery times thanks to its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system for adding humidity to improve food quality. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access, read, and clean. The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components and robust construction. It is also ENERGY STAR rated.
The 6 Series controller allows for temperature control and has an analog thermometer that is always on, making it ideal for transport applications. It displays the actual cabinet temperature even when the cabinet is turned off or unplugged.
There are various options and accessories available for the cabinet, including casters, shelves, handles, control panel cover, hinging options, door latches, plug types, and slide upgrades.
The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles and features full perimeter insulation with 2.5" thick high-density fiberglass. It has high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, self-closing lift-off double-hinged doors with long-life nylon bearings, and chrome-plated magnetic pull latches. The display and controls include an analog thermometer and independent thermostat control knob. The heat generation system consists of a thermostatically controlled 1950 Watt heating element, ball bearing blower motor, and ducted air system. The cabinet is made of type 304 stainless steel or aluminum, with solid or clear double-pane doors. It has four casters with 5" neoprene wheels, two of which have brakes. Under Counter models have 3" rubber casters.
