The C5™ 8 Series Controlled Temperature Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with a pass-thru design. It is insulated and has a lip load capacity for 17 18" x 26" pans. The cabinet features one double-pane tempered glass door and one solid door. The top-mounted digital control allows for easy access and readability. The thermostat has a temperature range of 70°F to 200°F and the cabinet has a ducted heating system. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters for mobility. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified. The C5 controller is NDP capable and the cabinet has an integral water pan system for adding humidity. The full-height, 3/4 height, and 1/2 height stainless steel reach-in models with solid doors are ENERGY STAR rated. The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components and robust construction. The controls are mounted at the top of the cabinet for easy access and cleaning. The 8 Series solid state controller provides accurate control over the internal temperature of the cabinet. The cabinet has rapid heat-up and recovery times and a low temperature alarm to ensure it is performing within the desired temperature range. The cabinet is available in different configurations, sizes, and door types. It also has various options and accessories available, such as casters, shelves, handles, control panel cover, and different types of door latches and plugs. The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles, high-density fiberglass insulation, cabinet-mounted Santoprene gaskets, self-closing double hinged doors, and a digital display for temperature control. The cabinet is made of type 304 stainless steel or aluminum and has solid or clear doors. It also has universal wire slides and casters with neoprene wheels. The heat generation system is thermostatically controlled with a heating element, blower motor, and ducted air system.
