The C5™ 8 Series Controlled Temperature Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It is insulated and features universal wire slides that can hold either 8 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 16 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The cabinet has tempered double-pane glass doors and a top-mounted digital control with a thermostat range of 70° to 200°F. It also has a low-temperature alarm and memory recall feature. The heating system is ducted and the temperature can be adjusted on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters for mobility. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and is UL, CUL, and NSF certified. The C5 controller used in the cabinet is NDP capable and has passive humidity control. The cabinet is ENERGY STAR rated and designed for reliability and durability. The controls are mounted at the top of the cabinet for easy access and readability. The 8 Series solid state controller provides accurate temperature control and has features such as low-temp alarm and memory recall. The cabinet is available in different configurations, sizes, and door types. It is made of stainless steel and aluminum materials. Optional accessories include casters, shelves, handles, control panel cover, and different types of door latches and plugs. There are also stainless steel universal slide upgrades available for different height models. The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles and features high-density fiberglass insulation.
