The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with Dutch double-pane tempered glass doors. It is insulated and has top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has a lip load capacity of 34 pans measuring 18" x 26" with 3" spacing. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet features a rapid heat-up and recovery time with a thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system for adding humidity to improve food quality. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access, read, and clean. The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components and robust construction. It is also ENERGY STAR rated.
The 6 Series controller allows for temperature control and has an analog thermometer that is always on, making it ideal for transport applications. It displays the actual cabinet temperature even when the cabinet is off.
Optional accessories for the cabinet include 6" casters, a small item shelf, a rear push handle, a control panel cover, left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, 6" stainless steel legs, 5" rear rigid casters, a bumper and drip trough, a full perimeter bumper, a key locking door latch, a twist locking door latch, straight plugs in 20 Amp and 15 Amp options, universal slide pairs in chrome and stainless steel, twist lock plugs in 20 Amp and 15 Amp options, and factory same-side pass-thru door hinging. There are also stainless steel universal slide upgrades available for different cabinet sizes.
The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles and a maximum temperature of 200°F. It is insulated with 2.5" thick high-density fiberglass and has high-temperature Santoprene gaskets. The self-closing, lift-off double-hinged doors have long-life nylon bearings and chrome-plated magnetic pull latches. The cabinet has an analog thermometer and independent thermostat control knob.
