The C5™ 8 Series Controlled Temperature Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with pass-thru capability. It is insulated and has universal wire slides that can hold either 8 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 16 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The cabinet features tempered double-pane glass doors, top-mounted digital controls, a low-temperature alarm, and memory recall. It has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set between 70°F and 200°F. The wire slides are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters for mobility. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a power rating of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The C5 controller used in the cabinet is NDP capable and has passive humidity control. The cabinet is ENERGY STAR rated and designed for reliability and durability. The controls are mounted at the top of the cabinet for easy access and readability. The 8 Series solid-state controller provides accurate temperature control and has a low-temperature alarm. The cabinet is available in various configurations, sizes, and door types.
