It has universal wire slides that can hold either 8 18" x 26" pans or 16 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The spacing between the slides is adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a wattage of 2000 watts and an amperage of 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified. The cabinet has rapid heat-up and recovery times thanks to its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system that can be used to add humidity to the cabinet environment. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access. There are also different slide options available for different height configurations of the cabinet. The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles and a maximum temperature of 200°F. It is insulated with 2.5" thick, high-density fiberglass and has high-temperature, cabinet-mounted Santoprene gaskets. The doors are fully insulated and double-pane, with solid doors made of stainless steel and clear doors made of tempered glass. The casters have 5" donut neoprene wheels and are double ball bearing swivel. Under Counter models have 3" rubber casters.
