The spacing between the slides is adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a power rating of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified. The display and controls include an analog cabinet thermometer and an independent thermostat control knob.
