The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with a pass-thru design. It is insulated and features one tempered double-pane glass door and one solid door. The top-mounted controls include an analog thermometer and a thermostat that allows for temperature adjustment from 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides that can hold either 18" x 26" pans or 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with a capacity of 18 or 34 pans, respectively. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a wattage of 2000 and an amperage of 16.7. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet is designed for rapid heat-up and recovery times with its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles and features full perimeter, 2.5" thick, high-density fiberglass insulation. It has high-temperature, cabinet-mounted Santoprene gaskets and self-closing, lift-off, double-hinged doors with long-life nylon bearings. The latches are chrome plated and have a lever-action release. The cabinet has an analog thermometer and independent thermostat control knob. The heat generation system includes a thermostatically controlled 1950 Watt heating element, ball bearing blower motor, and ducted air system. The cabinet is made of type 304 stainless steel or aluminum and has solid or clear doors. The casters are nickel plated and have neoprene wheels.
