The C5™ 4 Series with Insulation Armour™ Plus is a mobile heated holding cabinet with full height and insulated clear Dutch doors. It features top mount controls with a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, and can hold either (16) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters and is made of stainless steel. The unit operates on 120V/60/1 power with 1400 watts and 11.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified. The standard features of this cabinet include high-quality stainless steel construction for easy cleaning and durability, reliable components for long-term use, top-mounted controls for easy access and readability, and forced convection design for improved temperature consistency.
