The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet made of 304 stainless steel. It features solid doors, top mount controls, and an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70° to 200°F. It has universal wire slides that can hold either 13 18" x 26" pans or 26 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The wire slides are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
The cabinet is designed for rapid heat-up and recovery times with its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system that can be used to add humidity to the cabinet environment. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to access, read, and clean. The cabinet is built with high-quality components and robust construction for reliability and durability.
The 6 Series controller allows for control of the cabinet temperature. The temperature is displayed on an always-on analog thermometer, which is ideal for transport applications. The thermometer measures and displays the actual cabinet temperature even when the cabinet is off.
The cabinet is available in different configurations, sizes, and door types. It is made of stainless steel or aluminum materials. It can be a reach-in or pass-thru cabinet, except for the under counter and 3/4 height models. The doors are lift off and field reversible.
There are various options and accessories available for the cabinet, such as casters, shelves, handles, control panel cover, hinging options, latches, plugs, and slide upgrades.
The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles and features full perimeter, 2.5" thick, high-density fiberglass insulation. It has high temperature, cabinet mounted, Santoprene gaskets and self-closing, lift-off, double hinged hinges with long-life nylon bearings. The latches are chrome plated, high-strength magnetic pull latches with lever-action release. The cabinet has an analog thermometer and independent thermostat control knob.
