The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and comes with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It has a capacity of either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, with 2 of them having brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.

It also comes in high wattage or low wattage models to suit different needs. The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system. The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray insulation armor, with other colors available upon request. The insulation armor is patented and provides heat retention, energy savings, and a cool-to-touch exterior. It is made of durable polymer that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The cabinet doors can be solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate, with full-length or dutch-style options for full-height cabinets. The clear doors allow visibility of the contents without losing heat. The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. They feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
