The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, undercounter unit made of insulated 304 stainless steel. It features a double pane tempered glass door, top mount controls, and an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has universal wire slides that can hold either 5 18" x 26" pans or 10 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The spacing between the slides is adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is equipped with 3" casters for easy mobility. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet is designed for rapid heat-up and recovery times with its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. The heat generation system consists of a thermostatically controlled 1950 Watt heating element, ball bearing blower motor, and ducted air system.
