The C5™ 8 Series Controlled Temperature Holding Cabinet is a mobile, undercounter cabinet made of insulated 304 stainless steel. It has universal wire slides that can hold either 5 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 10 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The cabinet has a solid door and top mount digital control with a thermostat range of 70° to 200°F. It also features a low temperature alarm and memory recall function. The cabinet has a ducted heating system and comes with 3" casters for easy mobility. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with a wattage of 1440 and an amperage of 12. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified. The C5 controller used in the cabinet is NDP capable and has passive humidity control. The cabinet is ENERGY STAR rated and designed for reliability and durability. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to clean.
