The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height insulated cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It features Red Insulation Armour™, which provides heat retention, energy savings, and a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and comes with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It has a capacity of (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also comes in high wattage or low wattage models to suit different needs. The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. It is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The cabinet doors can be solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate, with full-length or dutch-style options for full-height cabinets. The clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. They feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
