The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet made of insulated 304 stainless steel. It features solid doors, top-mounted controls, and an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has universal wire slides that can hold either 8 18" x 26" pans or 16 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The spacing between the slides is adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and consumes 1440 watts. It is UL, CUL, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.

It can be a reach-in or pass-thru model, except for the under counter and 3/4 height models. The doors are lift-off and field reversible, and they can be full length solid, full length clear, Dutch solid, or Dutch clear.
