The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height insulated cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and fixed wire slides on 3" centers, allowing for (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pan capacity. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, with 2 of them having brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, and fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system. The cabinet is available in different colors and features patented Insulation Armour™ technology, which retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The doors can be solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate, with full height cabinets having the option for full length or dutch-style doors. The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold, all featuring an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
