The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with Dutch insulated aluminum doors. It features a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, allowing for a capacity of 35 18" x 26" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

Additional options and accessories for the cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, straight plugs in 20 Amp or 15 Amp, and chrome universal slide pairs.
