The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with Dutch insulated aluminum doors. It has a lower wattage option and features Blue Insulation Armour™ for heat retention and energy savings. The cabinet has a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. It comes with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, providing a capacity for either 18" x 26" pans or 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability with high-quality components, and fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system. The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray insulation Armour™, with other colors available upon request. The insulation Armour™ is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. It also has molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
The cabinet offers the choice between solid insulated aluminum doors or clear polycarbonate doors. Full height cabinets can be configured with full length or Dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat when opened.
The control options for the cabinet include three modules: Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet also offers various options and accessories, such as a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
