The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors. It has a lower wattage option and features Grey Insulation Armour™ for heat retention and energy savings. The cabinet can hold up to 35 pans on lip load slides spaced 1-1/2" apart. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It comes in high wattage or low wattage models depending on specific needs. The C5™ is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ technology retains heat, saves energy, and keeps the exterior cool to touch. It is made of durable polymer that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The cabinet doors are available in solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate. The clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. They feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Insulation Armour™ and features a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan. It has high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, and a polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with a lever-action release. The hinges are field reversible, double hinged, with a 180° swing and long-life nylon bearings.
The clear doors have an extruded aluminum powder coated frame with a polycarbonate window. The solid doors are fully insulated with fiberglass and aluminum panels. The casters have neoprene wheels, double ball bearing
